Contact support if you cannot access Tape B, a tool is unavailable, a result appears incorrect or incomplete, or you encounter a technical error.
What to include
To make the issue easier to investigate, include:
- the ticker or public security involved;
- the approximate date, time, and time zone;
- the Tape B tool or request you attempted; and
- a concise description of what happened and what you expected.
You may include a screenshot if it does not reveal private financial or account information.
Do not send financial credentials
Do not email brokerage passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, account numbers, order confirmations, or other financial credentials. Tape B does not need them to investigate a product issue.
Limits of support
Tape B cannot access brokerage accounts, place or cancel orders, modify positions, recover Gemini or ChatGPT accounts, or resolve issues inside third-party services.
